StudArt is an app for creating LEGO®-style frames/mosaics from your photos and generating PDF building instructions. The app does not require registration and does not create user accounts.

What data may be collected

We (the developer of StudArt) do not directly collect personal data via our own forms, accounts or dedicated servers.

By integrating Google AdMob to display ads, Google and its partners may collect, process and use the following types of data (depending on your region and consent settings):

• Device identifiers (for example IDFA on iOS, if you have granted tracking permission via App Tracking Transparency).
• Approximate location, derived from IP address or other network signals.
• Advertising-related data, such as impressions, clicks, frequency and campaign performance.
• Technical information about the device and app (model, OS version, language, country, app version, etc.).

If you live in a region with privacy regulations (for example the EU/EEA), the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) Consent SDK to collect your consent before showing personalised ads when required.

Purposes of processing

• Third-party advertising: to show ads inside the app, personalise them where allowed by law and your consent, and measure their performance.
• Measurement and fraud prevention: to detect invalid clicks, abuse and to improve the security of the advertising platform.

Legal basis / Consent

In the EU/EEA and other regions where required, we ask for your consent through UMP before displaying personalised ads. If you do not give consent, only non-personalised ads (for example based on contextual information) will be shown.

On iOS, the app may request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission to access the advertising identifier (IDFA). You can change your decision at any time from your iOS settings.

You can withdraw or change your consent inside the app in the User Privacy Choices section.

Who the information is shared with

Relevant advertising data is shared with Google AdMob and, depending on configuration, with its advertising partners. For more information, see:

Data retention

We do not store your data on our own servers. Retention periods related to advertising data are managed according to Google’s and its partners’ policies.

Children

StudArt is not specifically directed at children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal data through this app, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection or restriction regarding the processing of your personal data. For data processed by Google AdMob you can:

• Review and adjust your preferences in User Privacy Choices inside the app.
• Use the information and tools provided by Google to manage your data and ads.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the app updated and secure. However, no transmission or storage of data is completely secure. We recommend keeping your device up to date and protected.
